ACLAD is an Australian owned and operated company dedicated to excellence in the design, manufacture and installation of Architectural Facades.

ACLAD Architectural Façade Cladding Solutions is committed to achieving and sustaining business excellence by integrating Quality Management Policies and Systems across all its activities and at all levels, with customer satisfaction, quality workmanship and safety as its focal points. Our Quality Management System assures that we make that happen by providing good management, sound installation practices and effective quality control. ACLAD operates within the construction industry and is committed to the delivery of construction activities that are fit for the intended purpose and in line with client, design, installation, manufacturing and product expectations.

The leadership team recognises that the continual success of ACLAD is reliant upon the delivery of a product that is constructed in accordance with the agreed design and without any contingent legacies. The leadership team shall demonstrate this commitment by:

  • Completing cladding projects that exceed the client’s expectation by providing exceptional service and reliability by responding in a timely and constructive manner to customer enquiries and acting promptly on agreed actions.

  • Producing a defect free product first time and using the best quality products from reputable suppliers while providing value for money using only suitable quality materials and providing that workers at all levels of the organization maintain a focus on quality.

  • Maintaining quality management awareness at all levels of the organisation and promoting quality as the prime responsibility of every employee and subcontractor by ensuring that all quality management activities are supportive of construction activities.

  • Promoting quality as the fundamental responsibility of every worker at all levels of the ACLAD business recognising that quality in the design and delivery of our projects is an individual and shared responsibility of all parties involved.

  • Utilising the best qualified and resourced staff and subcontractors, and providing a workplace that will attract quality people and provide quality workmanship by committed and trained personnel.

  • Creating and maintaining a safe working environment for all staff, subcontractors and visitors

  • Meeting standards and legislative requirements to enable ACLAD to complete state government projects and satisfy our clients’ requirements, industry regulators and standards by complying with all relevant statutory duties, codes, and contractual requirements.

  • Aligning company processes and maintaining total commitment to ACLAD’s Quality Management System which is accredited to AS/NZS ISO 9001 and is audited regularly using both internal and third parties to ensure compliance with legislation, regulations and codes of practice as well as specific customer requirements.

  • Provide all services in a professional and ethically responsible manner.

It is our policy and primary aim to maintain and enhance our reputation for consistently producing timely and cost effective projects in order to completely meet our clients’ expectations, maintaining excellent working relationship with our clients through delivering quality projects is paramount. It is also our policy to provide a safe and healthy workplace in accordance with our Certified Management System for employees and subcontractors and to ensure that all work is carried out in a safe manner. While maintaining this safety policy, we also have a commitment to controlling and minimising environmental impacts on our sites in relation to noise, air pollution, and waste. This is achieved through implementation of our Certified Environmental Management System. This statement outlines our commitment to meet these standards for the benefit of clients, adjoining property owners, employees and contractors
